Over the past three years, I’ve been working through a long process of healing. I’ve learned how to manage autoimmune flares, chronic pain, and allergies, and found a way back from daily medication to a more steady baseline.

What made the biggest difference was consistency, tracking, noticing patterns, and making small adjustments over time. It gave me a clearer understanding of my body, and made it easier to work alongside the practitioners supporting my care.

I’m now developing a set of journals shaped by that process. Designed to help you understand what’s happening, and what to do with it.
