THE BRIEF
SA Home Loans set out to build a fully automated digital platform, enabling customers to apply for and manage a home loan entirely online.
The work required a cohesive design system, clear user flows, and consistent decision-making across a complex, multi-step financial process.
MY ROLE
Lead designer on the SA Home Loans account. For this website re-build I was responsible for:
- UI design system and component library
- Core UX flows within the Client Zone
- Iconography and interaction design
- Photography art direction
- Creative coordination across Durban, Cape Town, and India
A complete product design system built from the ground up — supporting a high-friction financial journey and translating it into a structured, usable digital experience.
Creative output was coordinated across Durban, Cape Town, and India, maintaining alignment across time zones throughout delivery.
